Ordering

Do you ever have sales?

Yes, we do! Our sales are limited but our newsletter subscribers receive early access and special deals. Sign up for our newsletter here to be the first to find out about exclusive online sales and sample sales.

Can I combine discount codes?

Discount codes cannot be combined during a sale or otherwise. Please feel free to use both on two separate purchases.

How can I order a swatch?

Once you have found a pattern you are interested in, just change the size from "Yard" to "Swatch" and add directly to your shopping bag. If you are a trade member, please use your trade code when checking out online for complimentary swatches. If you are an interior designer or architect you can apply for a trade account here.

How much fabric should I order for my project?

We recommend consulting a professional workroom in your area to advise you on the amount of yardage that will be required for the specific needs of your project. Be sure to provide the workroom with the pattern repeat information on the product listing. While we strive for consistency, we cannot guarantee an exact color match on future reorders.

Project Variation?

We strive for the utmost consistency. Due to the small batch nature of our production processes and custom creation, slight variations can occur. Allowances are made for up to a 10% tolerance of variation.

Can I match a fabric and wallpaper pattern?

Due to the different production natures of fabric and wallpaper. We are unable to guarantee an exact match between a fabric and wallpaper pattern.

Can you do custom patterns or fabric colors?

Yes, we can! We would love to hear your ideas. Please contact us at studio@tahiranyc.com to discuss. As we work, we will send you updates at each step of the process. All custom orders require physical color samples for your approval. Estimated lead time is about 3-6 weeks for a physical color sample, and then 2-3 weeks for production.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. All products are made to order. Lead time is 3-5 weeks prior to shipment, and may vary from item to item. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

What is your return policy?

As all of our products are custom made to order, TAHIRA does not accept returns. We recommend purchasing samples before ordering full quantity. If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been used or installed, please contact studio@tahiranyc.com within 10 days of delivery for review of your issue.

When will my order ship?

All products are made to order. Lead time is 3-5 weeks prior to shipment and may vary from item to item.

Do you ship overseas?

Not at this time.

Trade Account

What are the exclusive benefits of a Trade Account?

We offer a trade discount on all products, including fabric, wallpaper and pillows. A loan program for larger fabric swatches and wallpaper pieces. Custom and commercial options. We love collaborating with our trade partners so please get in touch so we can help bring your idea to life.

Who should apply for a Trade Account?

Trade Discounts are for Trade Professionals only. If you are a certified interior designer or architect with a Resale Certificate please apply for an account here or contact us at studio@tahiranyc.com. Trade discounts are given to design professionals who intend to resell our products to homeowners and other clients at MSRP, Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. It may not be sold for more than this.

Where can I apply for a Trade Account?

Can I share my Trade Account discount with friends or clients?

Designers are not allowed to share their discount codes with friends or clients. We do not offer discounts to the end consumer unless we are running a sale.
